[Xmonitor] Check driver install failed

Check C:\Windows\Inf\Setupapi.dev.log

log內文字開頭 有  "!"   表示Warrning

                                "!!!" 表示Error

!!!  sig:  Driver package INF file hash is not present in catalog file. Filename = xcare.inf, Error =                       0xE000024B

!!!  sig:  Driver package appears to be tampered, and Code Integrity is enforced.

!!!  sig:  Driver package failed signature validation. Error = 0xE000024B

出現上面三行表示，.inf & .cat 不match , 要重新sign憑證
