add this reg by powershell & commit cmd in iotcore

Command :

 reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\EmbeddedMode\ProcessLauncher" /v AllowedExecutableFilesList /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d "c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe\0"


Start FTP :

start C:\Windows\System32\ftpd.exe
