1.copy ISO sxs file to c:\ & check you can read it

2.open cmd with administrator

3.path to c:\

4.dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all /source:c:\sxs /limitaccess

if you have error code 0x800F0922
command for error
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
